Bina is the Operations Director at virtualdirection and looks after the day-to-day running of the business model as well as overseeing the customer liaison team. She has 20 years industry experience with such leading companies as Equifax Plc, Santander, Fuljisu Siemens, and Keyed In Solutions. In addition to her considerable management skills, Bina also helped to co-found a successful start-up business in 2008. Her key focus at virtualdirection is business development and client account management with 360 degrees experience in customer liaison and business operations.
